Do I need a new number?
No. Scan the QR once from the portal and keep using your existing business number.
Which BUSY versions work?
BUSY 21 and BUSY Magic on Windows: anything that can call a message link. No software to install; an optional Windows helper adds PDF auto-send and direct party lists from the BUSY database.
I already send messages from BUSY through you. What changes?
Only the link. Bharat Narada Muni accepts the same link format as the service we resell today, so you replace the link in BUSY and keep working; your plan continues with us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 100 messages or 3 days, whichever comes first, right after registration. Plans are then set per customer.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Admin and staff logins with rights are part of the portal roadmap; ask us for the current status.
